Day 01–Arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu
Our team members will welcome you at the Airport and you will then be ushered to the Hotel. Our travel representatives will explain briefly about the travel itinerary upon Airport arrival. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02-Drive from Kathmandu to Arughat Bazaar
Early in the morning, we will leave Kathmandu and follow the road enjoying the scenic beauties through Pokhara Highway before splitting to Arughat Bazaar. The whole drive takes about six and half hours to conclude. We will stay in a hotel at Arughat Bazaar.
Day 03-briding through Soti Khola
Today the trail follows through plain land along the bank of Budhi Gandaki River before passing through terraces, small villages, hills, waterfalls and green thickets. Later, we will undergo series of ups and downs and pass through forest of Sal and Chilaune to arrive at Village of Liding which is located at the bank of Budhi Gandaki.
Day 04- labeshi through Machha Khola
We will pursue the narrow path through forest, waterfall and streams to arrive to small settlement of Mongolian origins from where we will head to Machha Khola. A little far from Machha Khola exists Khorlabeshi where small markets, lodges and shops are available.
Day 05 Trek to Jagat
This day we will cross Machha Khola before climbing up the hill to arrive at the small village of Khola Besi. After a brief rest, we will follow the trail through forest to reach a single teahouse at Dovan. Later we will cross the suspension bridge at Lauri and climb upto reach Jagat where we will stay overnight.
Day 06Trek to Lokpa
The whole journey takes about 6hours to complete. We will climb uphill and cross a suspension bridge over Budhi Gandaki to reach to Philim- a big Gurung Village. Later we will clamber to Eklebhatti. A bit farther lies Lokpa- the very first village of Tsum Valley.
Day 07–Trek to Chumling
We will continue climbing uphill to reach Chumling which is situated on the southern face of Shringi Himal. At Chumling, we will visit some Gombas. The trek is rather tough as whole trail steeply stretches uphill. We will stay overnight at camp in Chumling.
Day 08–Trek to Rachen Bompa
From Chumling, we will climb further up to arrive to a plain land where two settlements-Chhokang and Paro exists. The area still preserves the Tibetan Buddhist heritage. We can enjoy the scenic beauty of Ganesh Himal Range from here. We will stay overnight in Rachen Bompa. The whole journey takes 5 to 6hours to complete.
Day 09–Trek to Mu Gompa through Nile
After breakfast, we will head north to reach Nile- the last village in Upper Tsum Valley which is located at the banks of Shiar Khola. Later we will visit Mu Gompa which exists at the highest and farthest point in Tsum Valley. We will stay overnight in Mu Gompa.
Day 10–Rest day in Mu Gomp
This day we will take a well deserved rest in Mu Gompa. We will ease up our tired muscles and relax. If you like to, you can explore around Mu Gompa to a Nunnery or to a pond or further to Vajyo. We will stay overnight in Mu Gompa.
Day 11–Trek to Rainjam through Chhule
We will lower down the hill for entire day. We will pass through forest to reach Chhule from where we can have the glimpse of Punchen Himal. A bit farther lies Rainjam at an altitude of 2600m. It takes about 6-7 hours of walk to complete the journey.
Day 12- Trek to Gumba Lungdang
It takes 4 hours of climbing through the forest up the hill to reach Gumba Lundang. The way offers scenic beauty of Manaslu and Ganesh Mountains. At Gumba Lungdang, there exists a large monastery which is a home to female monks. No malesare allowed inside this monastery.
Day 13– Trek to Ripchet
After breakfast, we will lower down the hill. The way provides splendid view of Ganesh Himal Range at the background. The trail undergoes series of ups and downs to reach Ripchet which is a village comprising of about 70families. We will stay overnight in Ripchet.
Day 14– Trek to Philim through Lokpa
This day we will lower down the route through pine forest where we can have a peek at several species of birds. If we are lucky, we can even spot the musk deer. Later we will head for a village of Philim where we will stay overnight. It takes 6hrs of walking to complete the whole journey.
Day 15– Trek to Khorlabeshi
On 14th day, we will lower down through the cultivated region around Philim and reach to the edge of Budhi Gandaki River. A bit farther from Khorlabesi exists a hot spring of water which is said to cure skin disease. We will stay overnight in Khorlabeshi.
Day 16– Trek to Soti Khola
Today we will pass through several small settlements and lower down to arrive to Soti Khola. We will stay pitch our camp on the bank of Soti Khola where we will stay overnight. It takes about 6 hrs of walk to reach Soti Khola.
Day 17- Trek to Arughat Bazaar
Today we will cross the bridge aqnd pass through cultivated areas and villages before finally reaching to Arughat Bazaar. We will stay overnight in Arughat Bazar.
Day 18– Drive to Kathmandu
This day marks the end of Tsum Valley Trek. From Arughat Bazaar, we will drive through Dhading Besi, Malekhu, Naubise and Thankot. We will enjoy the scenic beauties of mountains and terraces. It will take about 7hrs of drive to arrive to Kathmandu. We will stay overnight in a hotel at Kathmandu.
Day 19– Departure to TIA, “Farewell!"
On the 16th day of the tour package, you will return to your country via the international Airport in Kathmandu.

Getting to Nepal - You will land at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu when you first come to Nepal. Our travel representatives will receive you at the Airport and then transfer you to a hotel in the capital city. That will be our first task after you land in the country. The itinerary then follows in the coming days.
Visa information in Nepal - Once you arrive in Kathmandu, your first job or task will be to consult the Department of Immigration in Nepal regarding your Nepal stay. Our team members will help you in completing the necessary works regarding Visa and the procedures of extension, if needed. If you are planning for an extended stay in Nepal, say more than three months or around a year or so, then you need to extend your Visa through the Immigration Department. This won’t be of any problem as we will handle the government-related activities.
Trek permit - There are some restricted trekking destinations in Nepal which require special permission from the government of Nepal or a government agency for the foreign trekkers. They also need to pay a fixed royalty to trek some of the selected places in Nepal. Some of the restricted trekking destinations like Upper Dolpo Trek, Mustang Trek, Rara Trek, etc. require special trek permit for the foreigners. However, there won’t be any such problem as we, the company, will look after the legal formalities in securing the trek permits for the clients. It will be our responsibility to secure trek permits for you.
Altitude sickness - As most of the trekking destinations in Nepal exceed 4000 meters of altitude, high altitude sickness is one of the common problems faced by the trekkers. High altitude sickness can be very fatal and dangerous if you are not prepared for the same. Some of the trekking destinations like Upper Mustang Trek, Everest Base Camp Trek, Langtang Circuit Trek exceeds and nears around 5000 meters of altitude with chances of high altitude sickness. However, if you are aware of the problem and if you take special measure, then altitude sickness can be avoided and will not be much of a problem. As we have experienced trekking guides and a team of experienced hand, altitude sickness will not be a problem and even if it occurs, it will be handled well by our team members.
Medical Kit - Whenever we embark on a tour package or itinerary, we are fully prepared of the possible consequences or the untoward incidents, and hence our team carries a separate medical kit. Medical kit is of immense help and importance during long tours and trek as you never know what will happen next, even regarding the health of the trekkers. Availability of medical kit is very paramount as it will help to provide immediate medical attention to the needy person. Problems of high altitude sickness, shortness of breathing, dizziness, etc. are the ones frequently encountered during the trek. Presence of medical kit helps to resolve any of such problems and provides immediate relief and medical attention to the person who is in need for the same.
Equipment - Some special trekking equipments are necessary for expedition and some other treks. Such special equipments will have to be brought or arranged by you. As such equipments are quite expensive; it is not possible for us to arrange such materials. However, general trekking and minor accessory requirements will be provided by the company. You only need to bring with you some of the special trekking equipment necessary for trek and expedition. Also, if you do not have such equipments then we can provide you with such equipments, but you need to pay for it.
