Mardi Himal Trekking is the best alternative trekking trail of Annapurna Region. The less explored yet beautiful trail comprising of dense forests, snow covered path and astoundingly beautiful Mountain Views make trekking in Mardi Himal the best off the beaten trekking route of Nepal. Backpacker Treks & Expedition recently took its trekking crew members for the exploration of the area during trekking offseason. After the exploration of region Backpacker Treks is proud to put forward this beautiful trekking in Nepal package unique than other trekking agencies of Nepal.
Mardi Himal is situated in the eastern side of the Annapurna Mountain range. The trail is starts from the starting point of the Annapurna Base Camp Trekking or Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking. The trail leads towards the less populated area towards the valley of dense forest. Earlier trekking agencies of Nepal used to sell the camping trekking. The camping trekking is very costly and it would add financial burden to our valued clients. Therefore, as being the responsible trekking agency of Nepal we took our trekking guides and travel planner to the region during offseason to study about the possibility of Mardi region. Backpacker Treks now offers the tea house trekking which is comparatively less costly than camping trek. Even if the region now has fully fledged tea houses on the trails the region is still tranquil and quite. Less number of trekkers has made the region awesome spiritual adventure. The trail from Forest Camp to High Camp is very challenging and hideous. The ridge connecting the low camp and high camp of the Mardi Himal offers the breathtaking view of the Annapurna Base Camp adjacent to the Machhapuchhre Base Camp below the trail. Mardi Himal Trekking is the alternative trekking destination which gives the different viewpoint of the Annapurna Mountain series.
