Day 01: Arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu
On the 1st day upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu you will be transferred to the hotel where you will be given detail information about the itinerary. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Rest or Sightseeing in Kathmandu
Kathmandu Valley is rich in its culture and sculptures. So, the first objective is to visit the numerous world heritage sites, monuments, temples that exist in the capital city of Kathmandu. Overnight stay in a guest house.

Day 03: Flight to Lukla, Trek to Phakding (2640m)
After the sightseeing on second day in Kathmandu, you will move to Lukla catching a flight from Kathmandu. Lukla is one of the most fresh-looking places in Nepal with cool and fresh weather. As you reach Lukla, you are supposed to be preparing for the trek to Phadkding. Phakding is another wonderful place where you will be touched with its beauty. Overnight stay in a guest house.

Day 04: Trek to Namche (3440m)
Namche Bazaar is a small but attractive village which is located in Khumbu (3,440m). Namche Bazaar is supposed to be the major point for trading for Khumbu Region with other facilities like post office, banking system etc. It is the stop point for the trekkers and direction for climbers to Mount Everest. You will be exploring Namche Bazaar on this day. Namche is the ideal destination for viewing Mount Everest and other nearby peaks. Overnight stay in a guest house.

Day 05: Trek to Kunde (3870m)
On the 5th day of the itinerary, you will head to Kunde from Namche, after taking the breakfast. You may find Kunde as an interesting destination for the trek. Kunde is a village where you can find the settlement of Sherpa and it is situated to the North of Namche Bazzar. Overnight stay in Khunde Village.

Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3867m)
After a day of in Khunde, we resume our trek and climb further uphill. The trek now gets difficult with increasing altitude and the trekkers are advised to go about the trek in a slow and mild manner. Plenty of hotels are found along the way and the tourists will have the opportunity to take a short break if they want. After almost five hours of trek we reach Tengboche. It is a village in the Khumbu region of Everest and is located at 3,867 meters. Tengboche is mostly popular for the important Buddhist monastery, Tengboche Monastery, which happens to be the largest Gompa in the entire Khumbu region. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 07: Trek to Dinboche (4410m)
After having tea on the seventh day morning, we will resume our Everest Base Camp Trek. Mount Everest, Mount Lhotse, Mount Nuptse and other Himalayas will play hide and seek as you climb along the trail. At some point the mountains will come quite close while at some other points they will appear farther away. Finally, after more than six hours of trek, we reach Dingboche, a small village in the Khumbu region that falls in Chukhung Valley. Dingboche is a popular stop for trekkers and climbers who are headed to the Everest or who are returning from Everest. As there are plenty of hotels and guesthouses, the entire village rests heavily on tourism. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 08: Trek back to Namche (3440m)
Journey back to Namche from Dingboche is wonderful and relatively easy, comfortable as it traverses through several Sherpa settlement areas and villages. Overnight stay at a guesthouse in Namche Bazzar.

Day 09: Trek to Lukla (28440m)
The trek continues further downhill as we reach Lukla after almost seven hours of trek. You will be staying in Lukla for the rest of the day and prepare yourself to board a flight back to Kathmandu the next day.

Day 10: Fly back to Kathmandu (1310m)
On the 9th day, you will take a flight from Lukla and within less than an hour you will land at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. You will then be transferred back to the hotel and take rest for the rest of the day. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 11: Departure from Kathmandu, Farewell!! The last day of the travel package, you will be boarding a flight from the International Airport in Kathmandu back to your hometown.

Getting to Nepal - You will land at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu when you first come to Nepal. Our travel representatives will receive you at the Airport and then transfer you to a hotel in the capital city. That will be our first task after you land in the country. The itinerary then follows in the coming days.

Visa information in Nepal - Once you arrive in Kathmandu, your first job or task will be to consult the Department of Immigration in Nepal regarding your Nepal stay. Our team members will help you in completing the necessary works regarding Visa and the procedures of extension, if needed. If you are planning for an extended stay in Nepal, say more than three months or around a year or so, then you need to extend your Visa through the Immigration Department. This won’t be of any problem as we will handle the government-related activities.

Trek permit - There are some restricted trekking destinations in Nepal which require special permission from the government of Nepal or a government agency for the foreign trekkers. They also need to pay a fixed royalty to trek some of the selected places in Nepal. Some of the restricted trekking destinations like Upper Dolpo Trek, Mustang Trek, Rara Trek, etc. require special trek permit for the foreigners. However, there won’t be any such problem as we, the company, will look after the legal formalities in securing the trek permits for the clients. It will be our responsibility to secure trek permits for you.

Altitude sickness - As most of the trekking destinations in Nepal exceed 4000 meters of altitude, high altitude sickness is one of the common problems faced by the trekkers. High altitude sickness can be very fatal and dangerous if you are not prepared for the same. Some of the trekking destinations like Upper Mustang Trek, Everest Base Camp Trek, Langtang Circuit Trek exceeds and nears around 5000 meters of altitude with chances of high altitude sickness. However, if you are aware of the problem and if you take special measure, then altitude sickness can be avoided and will not be much of a problem. As we have experienced trekking guides and a team of experienced hand, altitude sickness will not be a problem and even if it occurs, it will be handled well by our team members.

Medical Kit - Whenever we embark on a tour package or itinerary, we are fully prepared of the possible consequences or the untoward incidents, and hence our team carries a separate medical kit. Medical kit is of immense help and importance during long tours and trek as you never know what will happen next, even regarding the health of the trekkers. Availability of medical kit is very paramount as it will help to provide immediate medical attention to the needy person. Problems of high altitude sickness, shortness of breathing, dizziness, etc. are the ones frequently encountered during the trek. Presence of medical kit helps to resolve any of such problems and provides immediate relief and medical attention to the person who is in need for the same.

Equipment - Some special trekking equipments are necessary for expedition and some other treks. Such special equipments will have to be brought or arranged by you. As such equipments are quite expensive; it is not possible for us to arrange such materials. However, general trekking and minor accessory requirements will be provided by the company. You only need to bring with you some of the special trekking equipment necessary for trek and expedition. Also, if you do not have such equipments then we can provide you with such equipments, but you need to pay for it.
