Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1310m)
Day 02: Trek preparation and Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour (1310m).
Day 03: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2650m).
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m)
Day 05: Trek to Khumjung and Khunde Overnight at teahouse (3970m)
Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3867m).

Day 01–Arrival at the Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu
Upon your arrival at the international airport in Kathmandu, our representatives and team members will welcome you. You will then be taken to the hotel and our representatives will give provide brief overview about the travel itinerary. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02- Rest and preparation day
The next day, you will prepare for the trek and rest for the most part of the day at the hotel where you will be staying. During evening, you might walk around the streets of Thamel, tourist hub in Kathmandu, and observe the mixture of Nepali and Western culture. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03– Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2610m) 4hrs
On the third morning, you will board a flight to the Lukla Airport, also commonly known as Tenzing-Hillary Airport. It is a wonderful mountain flight and in around 30 minutes you will reach Lukla while enjoying the breathtaking views of the mountains during the flight. After landing at Lukla, you will take light breakfast and start your trek to Phakding. After around 3 hours of mild trek, you will reach Phakding village where we will be staying overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 04– Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m) 6 hrs
After having breakfast in the morning at Phakding, we resume our trek and continue to hike along the Dudh Koshi River while ascending through Himalayan Pine and Doedar Cedar forests. Given the increasing altitude, you will be hiking slowly while enjoying the surrounding natural beauty of mountains. After almost six hours of trek, we finally arrive to the popular village of Namche Bazaar. The village of Namche has remained a historic trading point for the Nepalese and Tibetan traders who exchange salt, dried meat and other consumable and textile items. Overnight stay at a guesthouse in Namche Bazzar.
Day 05- Trek to Khumjung Village 3hrs
Trekking up for around 2 hours and then leveling off until we reach the village of Khumjung. Khumjung is the major settlement of Khumbu Valley and is one of the oldest and largest Sherpa settlements in the Khumbu Region. Khumjung is the valley which is bounded by the snow-white peaks of Kongde and Thamserku. You can take a small trek until you reach to the monastery, from where you can view the yeti “scalp”. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.
Day 06- Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3867m) 4hrs
After a day of in Khumjung, we resume our trek and climb further uphill. The trek now gets difficult with increasing altitude and the trekkers are advised to go about the trek in a slow and mild manner. Plenty of hotels are found along the way and the tourists will have the opportunity to take a short break if they want. After almost five hours of trek we reach Tengboche. It is a village in the Khumbu region of Everest and is located at 3,867 meters. Tengboche is mostly popular for the important Buddhist monastery, Tengboche Monastery, which happens to be the largest Gompa in the entire Khumbu region. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.
Day 07- Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m) 6hrs
Journey back to Namche from Tenboche is wonderful and relatively easy, comfortable as it traverses through several Sherpa settlement areas and villages. Overnight stay at a guesthouse in Namche Bazzar.
Day 08- Trek to Lukla 7 hrs
The trek continues further downhill as we reach Lukla after almost seven hours of trek on day 13. You will be staying in Lukla for the rest of the day and prepare yourself to board a flight back to Kathmandu the next day.
Day 09- Fly back to Kathmandu
The next day, you will board a flight back to Kathmandu while enjoining the 30-minutes of exhilarating mountain flight. The rest of the time in Kathmandu, you will be shopping and buying souvenirs to your loved ones. Overnight stay at a hotel.
Day 10– Final Departure
On the 10th day of the tour package, you will return to your country via the International Airport in Kathmandu.

Getting to Nepal - You will land at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu when you first come to Nepal. Our travel representatives will receive you at the Airport and then transfer you to a hotel in the capital city. That will be our first task after you land in the country. The itinerary then follows in the coming days.
Visa information in Nepal - Once you arrive in Kathmandu, your first job or task will be to consult the Department of Immigration in Nepal regarding your Nepal stay. Our team members will help you in completing the necessary works regarding Visa and the procedures of extension, if needed. If you are planning for an extended stay in Nepal, say more than three months or around a year or so, then you need to extend your Visa through the Immigration Department. This won’t be of any problem as we will handle the government-related activities.
Trek permit - There are some restricted trekking destinations in Nepal which require special permission from the government of Nepal or a government agency for the foreign trekkers. They also need to pay a fixed royalty to trek some of the selected places in Nepal. Some of the restricted trekking destinations like Upper Dolpo Trek, Mustang Trek, Rara Trek, etc. require special trek permit for the foreigners. However, there won’t be any such problem as we, the company, will look after the legal formalities in securing the trek permits for the clients. It will be our responsibility to secure trek permits for you.
Altitude sickness - As most of the trekking destinations in Nepal exceed 4000 meters of altitude, high altitude sickness is one of the common problems faced by the trekkers. High altitude sickness can be very fatal and dangerous if you are not prepared for the same. Some of the trekking destinations like Upper Mustang Trek, Everest Base Camp Trek, Langtang Circuit Trek exceeds and nears around 5000 meters of altitude with chances of high altitude sickness. However, if you are aware of the problem and if you take special measure, then altitude sickness can be avoided and will not be much of a problem. As we have experienced trekking guides and a team of experienced hand, altitude sickness will not be a problem and even if it occurs, it will be handled well by our team members.
Medical Kit - Whenever we embark on a tour package or itinerary, we are fully prepared of the possible consequences or the untoward incidents, and hence our team carries a separate medical kit. Medical kit is of immense help and importance during long tours and trek as you never know what will happen next, even regarding the health of the trekkers. Availability of medical kit is very paramount as it will help to provide immediate medical attention to the needy person. Problems of high altitude sickness, shortness of breathing, dizziness, etc. are the ones frequently encountered during the trek. Presence of medical kit helps to resolve any of such problems and provides immediate relief and medical attention to the person who is in need for the same.
Equipment - Some special trekking equipments are necessary for expedition and some other treks. Such special equipments will have to be brought or arranged by you. As such equipments are quite expensive; it is not possible for us to arrange such materials. However, general trekking and minor accessory requirements will be provided by the company. You only need to bring with you some of the special trekking equipment necessary for trek and expedition.
