Day 01: Arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu
You will be welcomed by our team members at the Airport and will then be taken to the Hotel. Our travel representatives and members will explain briefly about the travel itinerary. You will be staying at a hotel in Kathmandu on the first day.

Day 02– Sightseeing and trek preparation in Kathmandu
On the second day of the tour package, you will be sightseeing around the Capital city of Kathmandu and also prepare for the trek. Several world heritage sites including Basantapur Durbar square, Swayambhunath Temple, Bouddha Stupa, Pasupatinath Temple, Patan Durbar Square, among others, are located in Kathmandu that are major attractions for the tourists. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 03: Fly to Pokhara, trek to Ulleri (2050m) 6 hrs
The next day, we catch an early morning flight to Pokhara from Kathmandu. In less than 30 minutes of wonderful flight, we reach the tourist city of Pokhara. Even during the flight, you can have views of Mount Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhare, Annapurna and others. After spending some time in Pokhara, we drive to Naya Pul, which is the starting point of the Sunrise Trek. The trail from Naya Pul is easy as we pass through several fields, rivers and suspension bridges. After crossing Modi River through a suspension bridge, we reach Tikhedhunga. Few more hours walk from Tikedhunga takes us to Ulleri , where we will be staying at a guesthouse for the rest of the night.

Day 04: Trek to Ghorepani (2750 m) 4 - 5 hrs
After having breakfast at Ulleri in the morning, we continue to climb further uphill. We come across many small rivulets, and river springs as we continue with the trek. In about four hours of trek we reach the wonderful Ghorepani village. Ghorepani is a small vibrant village with lots of small shops and guesthouses. Ghorepani offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains including Annapurna and Nilgiri. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 05: Trek to Poon Hill-Tadapani (2700 m) 6 - 7 hrs
The next day will be very important as we will make our way to Poon Hill- the best spot in the Annapurna region to catch glimpse of the mountains. Poon Hill is located at around 3200 meters of altitude. Poon Hill is quite famous for its magnificent views of the great Himalayan range including Mount Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Machhapuchhre and others. After visiting Poon Hill, we will then return to Ghorepani for a quick breakfast, and continue our trek to Tadapani. Tadapani will be the place for the overnight stay on day five.

Day 06: Trek to Jhinudanda (1940 m) 3 - 4 hrs
On the sixth day, we wake up quite early in the morning for watching the sunrise view. Viewing sunrise from Tadapani is very popular among the tourists and we will also not miss out on the chance to see the morning sun rising from amid the hills. After enjoying the sunrise, we then climb downhill towards Jhinudanda, a small village in Kaski district. Ghandruk is a famous for Hotspring. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 07: Back to Pokhara 4 hrs
The next day we will continue our downhill trek from Hotspring to Naya Pul. We reach Naya Pul in less than three hours of downhill climbing. After having lunch in Naya Pul, we then drive back to Pokhara. While on the way to Naya Pul, we come across places like Birethanti before crossing the Modi River. After an hour’s drive from Naya Pul, we reach Pokhara. The rest of the time, you can travel around the city of Pokhara, enjoying the lakes and caves and the amazing natural beauty of the lake city. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 08: Fly to Kathmandu 30 min flight
The next day, we will catch a flight to Kathmandu from Pokhara in the afternoon. In about 30 minutes of flight, we will reach the capital city. After reaching Kathmandu, you will be taken to the hotel. In the evening, you can step out from the hotel and visit the local market around Thamel to buy some souvenir to your loved ones back home. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 09: Departure from Kathmandu, Farewell!!
On the ninth day of the travel package, you will return back to your home country by catching an international flight via the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.

Getting to Nepal - You will land at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu when you first come to Nepal. Our travel representatives will receive you at the Airport and then transfer you to a hotel in the capital city. That will be our first task after you land in the country. The itinerary then follows in the coming days.

Visa information in Nepal - Once you arrive in Kathmandu, your first job or task will be to consult the Department of Immigration in Nepal regarding your Nepal stay. Our team members will help you in completing the necessary works regarding Visa and the procedures of extension, if needed. If you are planning for an extended stay in Nepal, say more than three months or around a year or so, then you need to extend your Visa through the Immigration Department. This won’t be of any problem as we will handle the government-related activities.

Trek permit - There are some restricted trekking destinations in Nepal which require special permission from the government of Nepal or a government agency for the foreign trekkers. They also need to pay a fixed royalty to trek some of the selected places in Nepal. Some of the restricted trekking destinations like Upper Dolpo Trek, Mustang Trek, Rara Trek, etc. require special trek permit for the foreigners. However, there won’t be any such problem as we, the company, will look after the legal formalities in securing the trek permits for the clients. It will be our responsibility to secure trek permits for you.

Altitude sickness - As most of the trekking destinations in Nepal exceed 4000 meters of altitude, high altitude sickness is one of the common problems faced by the trekkers. High altitude sickness can be very fatal and dangerous if you are not prepared for the same. Some of the trekking destinations like Upper Mustang Trek, Everest Base Camp Trek, Langtang Circuit Trek exceeds and nears around 5000 meters of altitude with chances of high altitude sickness. However, if you are aware of the problem and if you take special measure, then altitude sickness can be avoided and will not be much of a problem. As we have experienced trekking guides and a team of experienced hand, altitude sickness will not be a problem and even if it occurs, it will be handled well by our team members.

Medical Kit - Whenever we embark on a tour package or itinerary, we are fully prepared of the possible consequences or the untoward incidents, and hence our team carries a separate medical kit. Medical kit is of immense help and importance during long tours and trek as you never know what will happen next, even regarding the health of the trekkers. Availability of medical kit is very paramount as it will help to provide immediate medical attention to the needy person. Problems of high altitude sickness, shortness of breathing, dizziness, etc. are the ones frequently encountered during the trek. Presence of medical kit helps to resolve any of such problems and provides immediate relief and medical attention to the person who is in need for the same.

Equipment - Some special trekking equipments are necessary for expedition and some other treks. Such special equipments will have to be brought or arranged by you. As such equipments are quite expensive; it is not possible for us to arrange such materials. However, general trekking and minor accessory requirements will be provided by the company. You only need to bring with you some of the special trekking equipment necessary for trek and expedition. Also, if you do not have such equipments then we can provide you with such equipments, but you need to pay for it.
